How does a Rocket League tournament work on Strive?
Entry is free: solo in 1v1, with your team in 2v2 or 3v3, or as a free agent if you're looking for teammates. You need a Strive account and your Epic Games username.
One hour before the start, the bracket is published. Teams are seeded by peak MMR so the favourites don't meet in the first round. The format depends on the number of entrants: Swiss, round robin or single elimination.
During the tournament, each match has a 10-minute check-in: a team that doesn't show up is automatically disqualified. Captains report the score, the opponent confirms it, and the bracket moves forward live.
At the end, every placement earns Prestige in the Prestige Ranking.
